Less is More
Professionals are more likely to put their own ideas into practice than those of other people. Methods that work well for professionals are found on the right hand side of the diagram.
Assisting in the design and/or realisation of the strategy development process, heading meetings and “sparring” with leaders are activities that I engage in as a consultant. I sometimes carry out part of the research and edit texts, but I always try to operate on the right-hand side of the diagram as much as I can.
The best results are achieved when professionals do as much as possible for themselves.
